Digital Religion Studies featured in new series of "Four Books," on Reading Religion

Reading Religion , an online review journal of new books by the American Academy of Religion,  has launched a new feature called “Four Books," a bimonthly spotlight the personal and scholarly journeys of various AAR members.

Each edition of "Four Books" will feature a scholar and four works that have played pivotal roles in their intellectual development. These selections won't be limited to canonical texts; rather, they will represent the diverse range of influences that have shaped them. From seminal texts that laid the groundwork for new paradigms to newer works that sparked transformative insights, each selection will offer a unique view of the religious studies landscape.

The first essay is by Alessandra Vitullo, Associate Director of NMRDV,  who explores top recent books in the area of digital religion.
